Walvis Bay Bonded Store Warehousing

The Namibia operation provides a significant regional warehousing platform.

The supplied 2026 warehousing presentation identifies:

7,300 m² constructed warehouse space
1,625 m² constructed office space

with expansion potential of:

+1,233 m² warehouse space
+555 m² office space.

The facility supports secure warehousing with real-time inventory tracking, last-mile distribution and customs documentation and clearance support, making Walvis Bay an important consolidation and transit point for regional supply chains.

Dual-Direction Corridor Management

One of the strongest differentiators in the new Namibia material is its ability to support cargo in both directions.

Northbound:

Supplier receipt → warehousing → load planning → customs clearance → Zambia / DRC.

Southbound:

DRC mining operations → Zambia → Namibia → Walvis Bay → international markets.

Nucleus' in-house operations management system provides milestone tracking, warehouse scanning, goods receipt and inventory management, load planning, customs and FERI documentation, proof of delivery and management reporting across these movements.
